Our commitment to delivering high-quality training is at the core of this endeavour. In support of growing professional Dressage careers, our partnership has seen the offer of six apprenticeships, including Level 2 Equine Groom and Level 3 Senior Equine Groom, to Level 3 Business Administrator, Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer, Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor and Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager.

Apprentice success stories serve as inspiration for those considering a professional career in this field. With a team of experienced tutors, Sport Structures has created a curriculum that addresses the unique needs of British Dressage. We believe in nurturing talent and providing individuals with the tools they need to thrive in their chosen sport.

Charlotte Osborne, Training and Education Manager at British Dressage said, "We are really keen on providing that inclusive route. We're looking at the structure, trying to grow the numbers and drive recruitment, really highlighting that you can use apprenticeships for retention."
