We worked in conjunction with the Albion Foundation to support the delivery of a pre-apprenticeship programme.
Approach
The Albion Foundation were keen to support their learners to gain a coaching certificate which gave them the fundamentals of coaching prior to their learners returning to school/college. We identified that the Level 2 Certificate in Coaching (Sport and Physical Activity) was a great solution. We worked with the Albion Foundation to complete the relevant course administration, orientate the workforce to deliver and supported them through our quality assurance strategy.
Outcome
12 learners achieved the qualification. We hope this will help them to gain further coaching experiences and deployment opportunities.
