Outline
We worked closely with Cheshire Cricket Board to provide a bespoke 1st4Sport Level 2 Award in Multi-skills Development in Sport qualification.
Approach and Outcome
We worked with Cheshire Cricket Board to understand the rationale for running the course. Upon hearing the experience of the coaches, we put together a tailored learning programme to meet qualification objectives whilst considering the expertise of the individuals. A summary of the course can be found below:
“We first came to Sports Structures as they were able to offer us a broad range of courses. Our point of contact was Kath Robinson who we found to be efficient, professional and worked hard to put together a bespoke course of multi-skills to suit our needs. As an established cricket board we had well qualified and experienced coaches, the challenge for Sports Structures was to offer a course which challenged and added value to delivery. We were not disappointed, our experienced tutor Martin delivered a fun and engaging course always ensuring we were at the centre of learning. It’s been evident that since the completion of the course the coaches knowledge and confidence in delivering multi-skills has increased significantly”.
