On Thursday 22nd November Sports Structures held their apprenticeship tutor CPD day. These are scheduled every 6 months so any changes in the apprenticeship criteria can be discussed. They also help tutors continuously evolve elements of their knowledge, delivery, paperwork.
For this CPD day, the agenda involved activities and discussions on the following areas:
- The new August 2018-2019 paperwork
- Prevent, British values and safeguarding
- How apprentices 20% off the job can be evidenced effectively
- Additional learning support processes
- Internal quality assurance organisation
- The Advanced Digital Marketer Standard employer workshop
- The Community Activator Coach Standard Active IQ toolkit
