Sport Structures delivered a tailored workshop to Sport Development workers across Staffordshire and the broader West Midlands addressing developing coaches in disadvantaged communities.
Approach
The workshop identified how to address inequalities in coach delivery and methods of how to develop a different profile of coaches.
