As part of our positive partnership with the University of Worcester, we supported their staff in workforce development.
Approach
The University identified a need to train professional staff as assessors and quality assurers to support with the assessment and standardisation of vocational coaching qualifications. Therefore, we delivered and supported learners through the Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement and the Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice.
Outcome
Staff were assessed in the workplace and are now assessing and verifying coaching practice.
