Summary:
Sport Structures were contracted to develop and deliver training for the Board and Professional staff of the National Federation of Anglers.
Approach:
The workshop was tailored from the successful Sport Structures workshop "Making Sports Organisations Equitable".
Outcome:
Twenty five members of the National Federation of Angling took part in a half-day workshop to identify the key barriers faced by underrepresented groups in Angling.
