Summary
We work in conjunction with the Bowls Development Alliance as their recognised national centre for the 1st4Sport level 1 and level 2 coaching qualifications.
Approach
As part of the partnership, we have specific responsibilities which include:
- Being pro-active and re-active in terms of organising courses nationally
- Learner administration
- Qualification & resource administration
- Workforce administration
- Quality assurance
- Post course learner administration
Outcome
We submitted a report to the BDA based on courses delivered from April 2016-March 2017, which included learner demographics. During this period, we delivered a total of 26 level 1 courses and 5 level 2 courses. Our quality assurance process has identified best practice and areas for development.
