Summary
As part of our partnership with the Bowls Development Alliance (BDA), we delivered two workforce standardisation days.
Approach
These days were organised for tutors who intended to deliver the 1st4Sport Level 1 Award in Coaching Bowls and the 1st4Sport Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Bowls.
Outcome
All tutors were then supported to deliver the above qualifications, including Play Bowls Activator courses. In addition, some tutors went through a programme of tutor/assessor training and shadowing courses.
