Summary
Sport Structures assisted the British Triathlon Association with a Coaching Audit that aimed to create an up-to-date coach database for future communication with British Triathlon coaches.
Approach
British Triathlon selected options from the Sport Structures Measure for Leisure tool box to allow the development of a coaching audit that would fit their requirements and most importantly come within a strict budget.
Sport Structures provided a tailored online survey service which allowed coaches to complete an audit in an accessible format. Upon completion of the distribution phase British Triathlon were provided with consolidated data for their further analysis and application.
Outcome
The audit provided British Triathlon with a baseline bank of data from which decisions could be made on the need for further monitoring and evaluation processes for the coaching workforce.
