Summary
We supported England Korfball with administration support to further develop their membership services.
Approach
A need was identified to support the operational matters of the sport on a weekly basis due to the organisation relying solely on volunteers. We provided outsourced administrative to support the sport in their development of coaching and clubs, member services, website maintenance, board services and volunteer development.
Outcome
England Korfball had a dedicated member of staff for a period of two years. This enabled the board to concentrate on strategic matters and enabled operational actions to be completed. Members were positive about the service received and this shaped the need for a full time development officer role.
