Sport Structures in conjunction with its business partner Goodform supported Volleyball England in the development of their commercial strategy.
Approach
Sport Structures carried out elements of auditing of the sport in relation to the potential for development of commercial opportunities with the National League and within local volleyball. This audit was driven by the commercial audit model designed and developed by Goodform.
Outcome
Volleyball England were presented with a commercial strategy to enable them to plan the commercial growth of the sport.
